親愛的Shipbaoers, 由於大量貨件因未有客戶認領、無會員ID 及禁運等，引至日本倉的問題件數量大幅增加，影響日本倉正常操作，出入庫更新時效持續延誤。請各Shipbaoer 留意，為了確保您的貨件到達貨倉後可正常更新狀態，請務必正確地填寫會員號碼以及於商家發出貨件後，盡快到APP/WEB以正確快遞單號預報認領貨件，如貨件狀態為"問題件"，請盡快到APP>賬戶> "問題反饋" 及 "問題跟蹤" 聯絡客服通知如何處理貨件，謝謝。若貨件於倉庫存放超過三十日而未有認領或通知安排退件，一律當作廢件論，由本公司自行處理。因現時查詢量大增，電話未能滿足需求，請各shipbaoers 暫時用Facebook messenger 或 Shipbao app 查詢。 SHIPBAO 團隊
