Dear Shipbaoer, ShipBao warehouses received many parcels recently that are without box packaging and without order information. ShipBao cannot make sure the parcels are completed or not so we cannot do any process further. Please be reminded that ShipBao will not responsible for any parcel that is freight collect, sent by surface mail, need to provide verification code upon receival or without tracking record. ShipBao DO NOT ACCEPT parcel without box packaging and unsealed box packaging As we cannot keep track of the parcels in this situation. So we may reject these kind of parcels and insurance is not applicable. 親愛的Shipbaoers, 近日海外倉庫不斷收到無外箱、無訂單資料及無快遞單號的貨件，以致倉庫無法更新處理及不能確定到件時貨量是否完整；請注意，任何以到付形式或平郵方式寄出、簽收時須提供驗証碼、沒有查收或追蹤証明的貨物，如有任何損失，本公司一概不負責或承擔任何責任。所有海外倉庫不接受無箱貨件，如到倉包裹沒有密封，我司將無法就貨件缺失或破損作出跟進，保險亦會直接失效。請不要自提送貨到任何海外倉庫，建議於下單前通知賣家安排封箱送貨，外箱需顯示完整的會員ID，否則將引致拒收或產生處理費。 Shipbao Ltd.
