關於中國倉延誤情況通告

致各位SHIPBAO 客戶

因雙十一期間，貨量超出預算數倍，中國倉庫一直處於爆倉情況，

而因貨物儲存於不同倉庫，操作上會有難度，故操作時間會延長。

我司已安排國內倉同事連續兩星期24小時運作，務求30/11 前發出所有貨物，

但中國香港倉庫及各區自提點消化量有限，及受各區公眾活動影響，

到件供自提時效會有所延誤，我司將盡最大努力，盡快處理此次問題，

對此次延誤造成大家不便，我司深感抱歉。

Dear Shipbaoer, Thailand warehouse will be relocated. Parcels delivered to old address on or before 24 June 2026 will not be affected, Shipbao will forward to the new address accordingly. New warehouse address will be updated at the official website by 17 June 2026, please update your delivery address of your online shopping platform and reserve enough time for the delivery. New warehouse effective date : 23 June 2026 Existing warehouse cut-off date : 24 June 2026 Shipbao will not follow up or operate the parcels or responsible for any compensation of the problem parcels for those receive after 29 June 2026 the cut-off date.
