A big lot of parcels are received from old warehouse address.
They were delivered after warehouse removal since 31 May 2020 .
Parcels were opened.
Those parcels suppose to be ignored under normal circumstances & guideline.
However Shipbao would like to satisfy our customers with full effort.
We will get all back and deliver to Hong Kong Warehouse for further arrangement
As this is out of normal procedure.
Shipbao will not gurantee parcels will be matched with order information
and will not responsible for any compensation.
